Self signed certificate in chain

Hi!
Whenever I try to run an http request I get the self-signed certificate in chain error.
I assume it's because I try to run Kit in my work Mac which is always in a VPN or something along those lines.

Any idea how I can solve this?

@JanTrichter Can you try opening Kit.app from the terminal like this?

/Applications/Kit.app --ignore-certificate-errors

@cgardner Nice! Thanks to your log, I realized it was the download lib I was using to download node that required a {rejectUnauthorized: false };. I'd always assumed it was a configuration error in my build/Electron/etc. Phew! 😅

Getting this same error while Kit is installing pnpm. Any ideas @johnlindquist ? I'm on Windows.

@SpBills sorry, no. You could try checking out the SDK and App repos and building from source. I'll dig in a bit though, it's not a subject I'm very familiar with so I'll just be relying on AI research...
