Add SC-55 1.10 ROM

I guess I was just too late to squeeze this into 0.9.0.... sorry :)

However, SC55 v1.10 ROM is now available, would be good to add it.

Have you tested standalone Nuked SC55 with this ROM set? Their project README doesn't mention this ROM version as tested:

SC-55mk1 (v1.0/v1.21/v2.0 firmwares are confirmed to work)
