Update strip documentation for upcoming stable Cargo release #33
Description
- Stabilize -Z strip as -C strip rust-lang/rust#90058
- Stabilize the
stripprofile option, now that rustc has stable-C striprust-lang/cargo#10088
Once this PR lands and is released, update minimum Rust version for strip Cargo feature to a stable release.
Also remove reference to cargo-strip at this time.
