When using a vertical pane containing anchor links, clicking on a link causes the pane to scroll to the corresponding section. However, this action results in a slight visual "jump" in the pane's content, revealing the background behind the handle. This issue occurs regardless of the pane's size and persists even when using the scrollTo method via JavaScript.
