Not able to save my name with an umlaut

In older versions of the app, I was shown an error when I tried to save my name with an umlaut (Hochdörfer). In the latest version the app does not show an error anymore but ignores my changes and keeps the previous name while pretending to have updated it.

Not sure if this is an app error or an issue on the server or both, but please make it possible to enter umlauts in the name field.
