Add "Send to Jar" component to Fidelity Bond flow #483
Description
Again, as discussed in Call 22, with #481 the "default flow" of Jam changes. We can't use the scheduler to create cj-out UTXOs since the scheduler will now always sweep to external.
@editwentyone proposed to add one step to the Fidelity Bond flow at the very beginning, allowing the user to do a collaborative transaction to have a cj-out UTXO for the Fidelity Bond.
