Move srcset generation from Twig to Resolver

The ratio support within variations is great! The only thing, having to manually define the srcset on the img as it's Twig that solely renders it.

Move srcset generation from Twig to Resolver to make the Twig component more lightweight, and to allow others to leverage that functionality.
