A saddle is two halves of a sleeve that are secured to each other surrounding an existing pipe. One half of the saddle has an outlet extending away from the existing pipe. The notion is that a new saddle is secured around an existing pipe that cannot be easily replaced; then through the saddle's outlet a new hole is put into the existing pipe; and then an extension is attached to the saddle's outlet.
