Please consider adding %(user) and %(home)

Hi,

thanks for providing tig. tig has truely changed my way to work with git, it has greatly increased my productivity and it has helped me understanding how do use git. It has become an indispensible tool for me.

Please consider adding %(user) and %(home) to the state variables, or allow one to access the environment from tig configuraition. That way, I could have helper scripts in $HOME/bin without having to put my user name in the tig configuration.
