Show current/next ASN on dashboard/statistics

Hi, I've basically just started using paperless-ng (have been using the "original" paperless a few years ago) and it's really awesome.

I've got a small thing that feels like a "quality of life improvement" while using paperless with physical documents one might want to keep:
I think it would be nice to have the current/next ASN displayed somewhere "prominent" in the UI. Maybe like on the dashboard in the statistics widget or so.
This is mainly because sometimes I want to scan some documents which I just received and put them in a binder later (maybe I'm just lazy and should change that instead 😆)

This might get a bit trickier when #802 gets implemented eventually. (I'd really like that too, maybe just even by having an option to allow duplicate ASNs?)
