I use Paperless now for some month and have about 4000 files in it. I also started to archive my (Libre)Office documents in Paperless NG. So my workflow is: I write a document (e.g. formal letter) in LibreOffice, create a PDF out of it and send the letter via mail. Afterwards I want to archive the original (Libre Office document) and the PDF file I have sent.
I upload the PDF, that I have sent and the Office document to Paperless-NG. I want to keep the Office file to use it again as template. Everything perfect ... But in Paperless NG it's now impossible to distinguish between the PDF and the LibreOffice document in the "Inbox". I have to manually check with the "Download original" Button, what kind of file it is, and then manually add the tag "Office document".
Is there a way to improve the (tagging) workflow?
Do you have another idea to get the Libre Office documents tagged automatically?
