Default scan order for configfile are weird

Normaly i could override a config in place a config file in /etc/ but by this project it is searching in home of the program first. This is very uncommon and lead to some errors since on, as example, arch-linux the config file in the programfolder is recreated by every update. With this in mind the config in /etc is getting ignored after every update.
