Automatic deletion (retention policy)

Hi

Sometimes i get a document physically which is important during 1-2 years maybe but afterwards it is not necessarry at all.
Also for other documents, there are retention policies in place which means you have to store them for no longer than 10 years.

It would be great if we could create different retention policies and assign them to documents within groups or with certain tags etc.

Then we could have a view which shows us which documents will get deleted soon or should already have got deleted. Then we can approve the removal.

This would help us to keep paperless clean.
