OCR language missing

Hi there,
last night my document export failed. After looking for the reason, i found that the container logs says:

paperless_app | ERRORS:
paperless_app | ?: The selected ocr language deu is not installed. Paperless cannot OCR your documents without it. Please fix PAPERLESS_OCR_LANGUAGE.

I also tried englisch but got the same result.
When i try to install the package inside the container, it says already installed:

$ apt install tesseract-ocr-deu
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
tesseract-ocr-deu is already the newest version (1:4.00~git30-7274cfa-1.1).
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.

I have no clue why this suddenly appear.
There werent any new images.

Not sure why, but a server restart fixed it
