"Date Created" in POST API

I have an archive of thousands of legacy documents that I want to import. They are organized by file system folders and file names.

I can transfer most of the organization to Paperless (and even keep a similar folder structure - yay!), but I cannot add the "Date Created" programmatically during import, which is a huge pain, as it's often difficult to parse from the documents, or not even available in the docs.

If the POST API allowed me to specify the "Date Created", I could import it directly from the parsed file names without another pass over all docs.
