Difference between Paperwork and Paperless

Hello,

I'm currently looking for a document solution and found another one called PaperWork https://openpaper.work/de/

What are the differences besides PaperWork being Desktop based and Paperless-ng web based? I found this 4 year old issue https://gitlab.gnome.org/World/OpenPaperwork/paperwork/-/issues/731 and i'm sure there is changed a lot. When searching around everywhere paperless is mentioned, but it seems paperwork nowhere.
