Mail ingestion: Allow to not attach inbox tags

I'd like an option for mail rules to skip inbox tags.

I have some mail rules where I fully trust the rule and don't need to touch the document again, I just want it archived. Having an option to not attach inbox tags for mail rules would allow me to have a fully automated workflow here.

If this is something that's considered worthwhile implementing, I might take a look at contributing it myself.
