Can't start paperless Error

Hi there,
when I start Paperless from the command line I get following errors:

Installed Docker and docker compose on fresh Debian 10 image (Proxmox LXC)

root@Paperless:~/paperless-ng/docker/compose# docker-compose pull
Pulling broker    ... done
Pulling webserver ... done
root@Paperless:~/paperless-ng/docker/compose# sudo docker-compose run --rm webserver createsuperuser                                                                    
Starting paperless_broker_1 ... error

Can someone help me there?
