Error about missing tmp file

Hi,

I encountered an error while running MMAPPR2, telling me that ceertain file in the tmp folder is missing. In the end, I got a small fractions of candidates, but the results on the whole genome were not given. I couldn't find out what happened by myself, so I was wondering if anyone could read the log and tell me what happened and how to fix the problem as well.
