HNN-meta: Spring 2026 Steering Committee Meeting

This is a prototype "dummy/pseudo"-issue meant for tracking HNN events and tasks whose primary information is NOT on Github, but instead in the Lab Notion. However, making a corresponding Github issue here lets us assign it to our Github Project and plan its timeline, allowing us to see when it's coming up and how it relates to the rest of our priorities.
