func_dict has wrong values

these code put wrong values into func_dict

            'MSIXY_TI1': MSIXY_TI1,  # Needs QAQC
            'MSIXY_TI2': MSIXY_TI1,  # Needs QAQC
            'MSIXY_TI3': MSIXY_TI1,  # Needs QAQC

and "DBHR" not in it.
