docs: remove outdated configuration and workflow documentation
- Deleted `CONFIGURATION_IMPROVEMENTS.md`, `DEVELOPMENT_WORKFLOW.md`, `NX_OPTIMIZATIONS_APPLIED.md`, `PORT_CONFLICT_RESOLUTION.md`, `TESTING.md`, and `TESTING_STRATEGY.md` as they are now redundant. - Consolidated details into existing updated resources for clarity and maintainability. - Ensured no critical information was lost during the cleanup process.
