problem when creating a new field

I have this problem, which is shown in the video. I don't know if it's a problem with the hosting or with Joomla Component Builder. I work with WEBEMPRESA.

@agzaeriv Please explain more about the issue, since after watching the video you shared I am not able to identify the issue you are talking about.
When it comes to creating new fields and editing existing fields in JCB please make sure you have watched and understood the following video: Joomla Fields
This video was made when we were still on J3 and many things have changed since but the basic functionality in JCB is still the same.

Thank you for your response. I will provide more details about the error, in my opinion.
1.- When you go to the FIELDS tab, you will see: https://joomla.org
For example, I select: State (modal). When you enter the field, you will see this type of design: https://joomla.org

2.- If I want to create a new one: https://joomla.org, I click on create and the new field appears with this layout: https://joomla.org and I don't see how to create the field correctly.

3.- I am using the latest version of JCB: https://joomla.org

@agzaeriv Thanks for following up and for sharing additional details. Could you please upload your screenshots directly into this thread instead of links to them? On GitHub, you can simply drag and drop images into the comment box, and they'll appear inline.
