Vertical tabs style is forced for nested tabs

Steps to reproduce the issue

Create the vertical tabs via new uitab.startTabSet code.

Create the horizontal tabs inside any tab from above.

Expected result

Normal display

Actual result

Nested horizontal tabs receive the CSS from parent vertical tabs
