Improve Search flexibility: Add ability to search ID and DESCRIPTION fields on tours and steps

On the Guided Tour - List of Tours screen, the language string for the search filter tooltip does not exist.

Please search code and check for any other strings you might have missed. Others found will be added to this issue.

The text is a tool tip, so needs to be more useful.

Example: Content > Articles search box has this:

So the strings need to describe additional things you can search for. Based on the Articles example, you could have the ability to search using ID: prefix, which would then return the step with ID: matching - so ID:2 would return the record with ID = 2.

The functionality on the search needs to be modified to be able to add these extra search capabilities.

That's fixed the tooltip... now to fix the contents of the search.

• Search by User is probably not very useful: you don't display the author (like you see in Content > Articles) and many tours are either included at installation or provided by third parties.
• Instead, add Search by ID: and DESCRIPTION:
• ID would match a particular tour ID if known
• DESCRIPTION would further add ability to find a match to something in the description.

Similarly, add more thorough search options on the Steps list. DESCRIPTION search option would let you look at descriptions on each step in case the user was looking for text in a particular step, but didn't know which step it was.

@particthistle it's not searched by User, it is Search by prefix User, that is Tour Title.

Here User/developer can search by title, by adding some prefix like initials of the Tour name.
