Counter Table Logic Is Buggy

1. There are negative counts on the counter tables for every type. This should not be possible.

2. The multi-column counter table ends up with duplicated keys, meaning items aren't being properly grouped. It looks like the insert queries to seed those were never run, so I tried running them and got errors about duplicate key so I took the keys off the production database and the tables seeded correctly but with duplicates.
