Description
Tidy up and get feedback on Enrichment map vignette
- download new release of EM with bug fix
- rerun tutorial with fixed release
- get AutoAnnotate to actually annotate the network when run via cyREST
- find a way to programmatically save the WordCloud generated via Wordcloud app
- thus useful to keep track of version of Cytoscape plugins used. Make R function to display this.
- fill in missing text and images
- edit text for clarity
- get feedback from @cannin
- incorporate feedback and revise
