Feature: Add home-manager to neovim-flake manual

Just a little feature request, it would be nice to have a documentation part about a home-manager integration. I couldn't figure out how to integrate it correctly, and I haven't found any information about it in the manual (https://jordanisaacs.github.io/neovim-flake/).
