Need Some Help on this please

This seems exactly what I am looking for but not sure it is working correctly. I believe I have everything setup correctly.

This is what I am using:
Zimaboard 832 with a Nvidia GTX 1660 Ti attached. Tdarr was installed using Portainer.

What I am hoping to do is make sure my 2 libraries (TV and Movies) will work on Plex. I just want English for subs and audio.

I am only running 1 node, so I removed and all the places outline to remove for single node (and reconnected them once I deleted them).

In order to run this, am I just selecting Libraries - Movies - Transcode Options and for 'Flows' selecting 'CONTROLLER FLOW' then hitting Options - Scan (fresh) ? Then repeat this for every flow drop down ?
