Concrete5 5.6.3.2 missing fields list in designer content (master)

Hi,

I am using concrete 5.6.3.2 and in the admin page, where you create/design the block, designer content is missing the fields list. It shows up for a brief moment on page load but after page is fully loaded that list disappears. Pls see attached images.

Had to roll back to 3.1.1 (available on the addon page). Kindly resolve this asap.
