Feature request: Implement CtrlP-like review selector for Vim

It would be awesome to hit a key and pop open your list of reviews to work on. I'm not that familiar with Vim so it's possible that an already-existing "fuzzy matcher popup thingy" could be used to implement 80% of this, IDK.
