Infinite reloading

My page will reload infinitely, I'm using chrome on ubuntu.

How to reproduce:

• Go to that url
• Scroll to the top

I have the same, I tried to implement in JQuery Mobile but because of hashtag problems doesn´t work.
Any Idea now?
