Although I have gnuplot installed and working, I get the following error on CentOS when running the script jellyplot.pl:

Unimplemented: POSIX::tmpnam(): use File::Temp instead at /apps/perl/5.26.1/lib/5.26.1/x86_64-linux-thread-multi/POSIX.pm line 185.
Unimplemented: POSIX::tmpnam() at estimate_genome_size/jellyplot.pl line 28.

Change the line in 28 “use POSIX qw(tmpnam); ” to “ use File::Temp; ” in estimate_genome_size.pl/jellyplot.pl； then perl Makefile.PL ； make； make install . I solved this problem.
