Ruby symbols aren't highlighted.

Ruby symbols are highlighted in purple with the stock Monokai theme but not with Monokai-Neue.
Example:

bar = {
  :foo => 'bar',
  foo: 'bar'}
bar[:foo] = 'bar #{bar[:foo]}'

Each :foo and foo: there is a symbol and I'd expect it to be highlighted in its own color.
Also, couldn't the last bar be white for being an escaped variable name?

Hi @Erquint is necessary to change the scopes or color in the color scheme (.tmTheme).
For :foo and foo: is constant.other.symbol.ruby

Sorry, missed the responses.
I believe the vanilla Monokai is stock in ST3.
Not familiar enough with the topic to submit a pull request.
Will give the .tmTheme suggestion a shot sometime later.
