Disable stringifying the value

By default it looks like we stringify the localstorage value, and I want to create a PR for this to be optional.

Hi @Metaphysics0,

The serializer is an option, it can be adjusted to perform a no-op.

persisted('local-storage-key', 'default-value', {
  // adjust the serializer to be a no-op
  serializer: {
     stringify: val => val,
     parse: val => val
  }
})
