Consider making a DevContainer Feature instead?

I understand that language features are most often suited as a DevContainer feature, rather than a standalone devcontainer, to make sure the language can be mixed with others into a single distro-independent configurable Devcontainer.

I have found myself wanting this lately, so I'm willing to help if at all possible.

I 100% agree that an idris language feature would be nice to have. The biggest challenge I can think of is the lack of easily available binaries for Idris: most devcontainer features work by installing a binary to the system or running an install script, but there aren't any for Idris that I know of. My CI scripts for this repo builds Idris from source each time but this would be too time consuming in a feature.

I guess a better approach for an Idris feature would to use idris2-pack. We'd still have to set up Chez scheme, but it takes care of the Idris installation for us.
