Feature Description

Currently, there is no way to track changes in controller.trackLocation().
This is especially needed when the change is triggered by moving the map, which disables tracking.

I looked into this briefly. It appears that the MapLibre SDKs don't expose this information. In general, it should be able to implement this in a reliable by listening to the pointe down event and moveCamera / animateCamera. Though, because it can be done as well by a user implementing the package, I'm not prioritizing it. If anyone is interested in adding this, feel free to open a pull request.
