Certificate Verify Failed

Running downloadUploadedFiles.rb returns 0 files downloaded successfully. After each file, the error listed is: "Error while downloading xxxxx.jpg: SSL_connect returned=1 errno=0 state=SSLv3 read server certificate B: certificate verify failed"

I'm guessing it's because these files were uploaded on a form marked as secure? Is there a workaround for this?

Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
