Grouped Tabs

This request is for grouped tabs.

Imagine multiple sets of tabs like ['Linux', 'macOS', 'Windows'] or ['curl', 'python', 'javascript', 'etc.']

When a user selects one of these, it should persist wherever these tab names occur and throughout the session, or at a minimum throughout the page they are on.
