Change to delete the bucket with the simultaneous asynchronous removal of the fragment

Describe the bug
I cannot delete a bucket when fragments exist in this bucket.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Make some fragments in a bucket by stop multipart upload
2. Delete this bucket.

Expected behavior
Change to delete the bucket with the simultaneous asynchronous removal of the fragment
