Expected Behavior

The docs at https://www.jovo.tech/docs/getting-started should provide an easy to follow guide to getting setup with Jovo.

Current Behavior

The docs may be outdated and should reference the need for setting up the webhook and debugger (https://github.com/jovotech/jovo-webhook-debugger) in a container/locally since using jovo run will not work.
