Problems exporting hidden property?

The issue is likely with the way you're hiding your tables/forms/etc. Instead of hiding by right clicking and selecting "Hide in this Group", right click and select the properties button at the bottom. Then, check the "Hidden" attribute box. Everything should export as expected now.
