Bug: Setting `SanitizeLevel` to "minimal" with `SplitLayoutFromVBA=true` will disable split.

If you have SplitLayout = 1 and set SanitizeLevel Lower than Standard the split won't happen.

Thanks for noting this! I could see that for a sanitize level of none (original export file) but it should still split for Minimal.
