[FR] Resizable GUI or multiple GUI sizes

Thanks for this great plugin! Would it be possible to add a resizable GUI or multiple GUI sizes? I'm using a 4k screen and a bigger GUI is essential.

It has now a zooming ability given by the dropdown menu at top-right.

Note: the about dialog does not scale.
I'm leaving this issue open until finding the way to fix it.

There is a rationale on using Desktop::setGlobalScaleFactor().
(as opposed to Editor::setScaleFactor, which does scale the dialog, but is adviced against by JUCE devs, because the plugin wrappers call it)
