Amortization calculation is off. #11

Itt doesn't seem to calculate quite right.
https://github.com/jvasallo/jquery-mortgage this one calculates correctly. The schedule output by Accrue.js is a little off.
Compare to bankrate.com's amortization calculator to see what I mean.

I really want to use Accrue.js, but I can't because of this little math problem. The basic calculator portion doesn't seem to be a problem, though.
