Compatibility with Better log4j Config

Is this possible? As I like the coloring of this mod but I like the mod names that that mod adds into the messages

I don't see any special handling for printing mod names in that mod, it just adds logger names to the format in a similar way to BFC.

However, I will be adding full log4j2.xml customization in #143. So running both will be redundant.
