JPHP in 2024

Hello,

I've been looking through different backends for PHP in the ecosystem, and came across this, which appears to be nearly a full system... it looks great!  Any particular reasons it stalled?  I'm trying to mobilize details and a lay of the land for an effort to modernize PHP's engine/core.
