No Serverless

Good day @jplane .
I reviewed this repository and can't found any "serverless" solutions :) 

Serverless means that I as developer can run code as scripts without redeploying host.
In your case after making changes in actors code and recompiling I should to run host again with Application Parts and down old nodes. 

So what the benefits?
