Since modular makes extensive use of `yarn` commands in order to manipulate the monorepo, inconsistencies between the interface of Yarn 1 (classic) and Yarn 3 (current) lead to a number of known issues. As use of Yarn 3 continues to grow, `modular` has been patched to prevent fatal errors in the more common usage patterns, but there are new features of Yarn 3 that remain unsupported. This milestone tracks the progress of `modular` to supporting Yarn 3 as a first-class citizen package manager.
