Viewing Zipcaptions through Apple iOS #139

Describe the bug
Is there a known bug using iPhone iOS to view captions? We are using this feature on an event to help those hard of hearing, but when accessing the url with the session ID it gets stuck on the enter join code page. (no code required, broadcasting via static and anonymous)
Have tried both Chrome and Safari browsers.
Steps to reproduce
- Go to '...'
- Click on '....'
- Scroll down to '....'
- See error
Expected behavior
The outcome expected is to view captions via iPhone device
Actual behavior
Getting stuck on the enter join code page
